Amazon has handled a problem that has left them with Android 12 phones that cannot use the application they have downloaded from the company’s appstore. “We have released improvements to the problem of applications that have an impact on the launch for Amazon AppStore customers who have been upgraded to Android 12 on their cellular devices,” a spokesman for the company told Engadget on Friday. “We contact customers to update the experience. We apologize for the disorder caused by this.”

Those who have devices like Google Pixel 6 and Samsung Galaxy S21 found they could not run one of the previous software they downloaded from the AppStore.
