PM Modi to chair NITI Aayog's Governing Council meeting on August 7
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be the Chairperson of the Niti Aayog Government Council Meeting on August 7, where problems related to agriculture, health and economic will be discussed, official sources said on Thursday.
The council, the Peak Niti Aayog body, included all the main ministers, the Lieutenant Governor of the Union, and several trade unions.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi is the chairman of Niti Aayog. The Government Council meets regularly, and its first meeting took place on February 8, 2015.
